Legal Status as Author and Self-Publisher
Mario Eduard Giovanelli is the author and self-publisher of “THE AI INVESTOR GUIDE” and its German-language edition, “DER KI-INVESTOR GUIDE.”
The author personally acts as the seller of both editions. Publication and distribution are conducted in his own name and for his own account under the Austrian legal framework governing self-publication by the original author.
Pursuant to Section 2(1)(7) of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act 1994 (Gewerbeordnung 1994 – GewO 1994), self-publication by the original author is excluded from the scope of the Trade Regulation Act. Consequently, this activity generally does not require a trade licence.
Accordingly, the books are offered and sold directly by the author as a natural person, without operating a separately registered commercial sole proprietorship or holding a commercial register number for this activity.
